"How do I order?"
Please read the tweet of the order on how to order. At times, I will include a link to a form or it will be dm only.
"How much is EMS?"
I will not know how much EMS will be until I receive the invoice. At times, EMS will be included in the first payment. Please wait until I message or email you regarding EMS.
"How much is domestic?"
I will not know how much domestic will be until I weigh your package with all the appropriate packaging and address. USPS gives shipping total based on how far you are from me and weight/size. Please refrain from asking.
"How do I pay?"
At the moment, I only accept PayPal Friends and Family for all of my orders, stock sales, and claims. You must send a screenshot of your payment to the email I sent when asked. Please read everything before sending the money. Failure to send correct information will result in your order being dropped with no refund. I do not send reminder emails or messages. It's your responsibility to make sure you receive all the information regarding your order.
"Can I pay late?"
Unfortunately no. I am not able to cover any loss after deadlines. You are responsible for payments. No late payments will be granted. Failure to pay will result in having the item(s) go up for reclaim. Always check your spam if you know you are supposed to receive a payment message. This is non-negotiable.
"How many payments will there be?"
I will state on the form on how many payments will be needed. Most of the time, it will be a 3 payment setup.
1st payment: Goods + PayPal Fee + Sometimes Service Fee depending on the company.
2nd payment: EMS
3rd payment: Domestic
At times, I might ask for another payment if needed for the seller or maker.
"What are fees?"
There's different fees within a order. While dealing with overseas sellers, bank fees need to be included. The supplies fee within domestic payment are to cover my supplies to make sure your items arrive safely to you. Stamps are not supplies.
"My items arrived to you. Can you ship out now?"
I have to sort all items before I can ship out anything. Once everything has been sorted, you will receive an email with all the necessary information regarding domestic.
"How do I submit a personal order?"
At the current moment, I am not accepting any personal orders.
"Can you post timestamps or put on your masterlist on who claimed what?"
No. I respect everyone's privacy and a lot of people do not want to show the world how much they are spending. After I quote retweet a claim saying "I am sending emails" or "all emails for this claim went out", you will know if you successfully claimed or not. If you are not sure, it does not hurt to ask me if you claimed successfully. However, do not ask me via curious cat or the message will be deleted.

Payments
1st Payment: Goods + PayPal Fee + Sometimes Service Fee depending on company

I do not send out reminder emails or tweets! If you miss the deadline, you miss the deadline.
It's your responsibility to stay up to date with all of your payments. I do not chase after anyone for payments.
China EMS will have 2 EMS payment periods. Only join those orders if you are okay with that. I will not refund you after the fact.
Domestic
Domestic 1 Stamped Shipping: $0.75 + $1.50 supply fee = $2.25
International 1 Stamped Shipping: $2 + $1.50 supply fee = $3.50
Domestic Tracked Shipping: Shipping Cost + $3.50 fee
I will only ship track by Ground Advantage, or Priority Mail or Priority (Size) Flat Rate Box or Mailer.
Once USPS have your package, it's out of my care. Please submit a missing package claim with the tracking number located on the domestic list.
I DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF 1-5 PHOTOCARDS.
Missing Items — THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO RECLAIM ITEMS
No video = no refund. I will not be able to refund you if you do not have a video.
Once I review the video, I will determine how to proceed — I might still have the item and I will send it to you free of charge.
You will only have 7 days AFTER the package has been delivered to contact me regarding anything missing to receive a refund.
After the 7 days has passed, you will only receive 10% refund. After 30 days, there’s nothing I can do for you as I might not have the item anymore.
It’s crucial that you open your packages as soon as you get it. Please remember that I am human and there’s only one person handling all these orders. I will always try my best not to make mistakes.
Arrival Form
It's required for you to submit an arrival form when I email it out. I pack based on what you selected on the arrival form.
I am not responsible if you forget to submit for an group order you've joined. If you need any help, please search sekaigos in the search bar on the email service you use. If you do not claim your items on the arrival form, any unclaimed items will be placed in my future stock sale or reclaim sale. This non-negotiable.
I do not accept any late forms once the deadline has ended.
Reclaims
If you miss your second and third payment deadline, you have a chance to reclaim it on my twitter account. I will tweet a reclaim tweet under my open order thread under my pinned tweet for any orders that will go up unless I put them in a stock sale. You will have to pay the reclaim fee of $5 per order (meaning two separate group orders is not $5, it would be $10) and whatever missing payments you have left. I post reclaims at random times on any day so please refrain from asking when I will post it — I simply don’t know at that moment.
Just because I did not tag you in a group order tweet for the arrival form does not mean you are not on the masterlist. It’s your responsibility to check all orders you are in by checking my masterlist and/or email instead of 100% depending on a tweet. I can make mistakes but my masterlist is up to date before I send the arrival form email. No it’s not my fault if you depend on a tweet to tell you what you’ve joined.
If you missed the deadline for any payment, you missed the deadline. I will not accept any late payments and if you send me any money after the said deadline, you will not be refunded and your order is not confirmed.
Regarding first payment: If you did not pay or followed directions, there's no reclaim. The item was not ordered and you will receive zero refund.
Pick Ups
Due to the high increase of COVID related cases, pick ups are not available.
PayPal
I currently use PayPal for all transactions. All payments must be made by Friends and Family. I do not accept Goods and Service under any circumstances. Sending me Goods and Service payment automatically will be a blocked from joining all of my group orders.
Do not add additional words, symbols, and numbers to a payment note. There’s a premade payment note for every form. Adding additional things to a payment note without my permission will result in the order not being confirmed and you will not receive a refund. If my account get locked because of you, I will send all joiners to you for a refund.
There is no money sitting in my PayPal account because it will be used towards the group order first or second payment. I do not accept twitter screenshots unless I ask for it.
eChecks: effective 3/6/2023
eChecks means you used your bank/checking account to send money and you do not have a debit card connected to your PayPal account. It will take more than a week with weekends excluded for your eCheck to clear if your account currently has the funds.
Yes, your eCheck can bounce.
I do not accept eChecks under any circumstances. Sending an eChecks will result in your order being dropped or being put up for reclaim. Repeating the action will result in being blacklisted after your first warning.
Receiving eChecks results equal to:
1st payment: Your order was not placed and you will only receive a refund AFTER PayPal clears your payment.
EMS: Your order was placed but I don’t have access to the money for EMS so your payment is NOT confirmed. It will be placed for reclaimed whenever I post it. You will only receive a refund AFTER PayPal clears your payment.
Domestic: Your order was placed and EMS is paid but I don’t have access to the money to send you the order so your payment is NOT confirmed. It will be placed for reclaim whenever I post it. You will only receive a refund AFTER PayPal clears your payment.
